This is my example of Lesson Four in the series of web design lessons by Mystic Designs.

Another lovely design with side border - the binder on the left side gives the whole page an elegant look.

It is also based on css and html. The original background layout of the table comprises 1 row and 1 column, but I have included 5 rows and 1 column to place my header images on top and the navigation buttons aligned at the bottom horizontally.
