Here is my example of Lesson Five in the series of web design lessons by Mystic Designs.

The double border design of the page looks excellent - the two side borders are designed by Mysticlady and look very pretty.

And again the page is based on css and html. The navigation buttons are aligned at the bottom horizontally.
